Nestled in the San Bernardino Mountains between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear, our 74-acre mountain retreat is conveniently located only 90 minutes from Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties. Our conference center is perfect for groups of all types, from small group gatherings of a few dozen people to full corporate retreats. Our spacious new dining hall, meeting rooms, and cabins can accommodate large groups of up to 850 guests.

Guests enjoy eco-friendly lodging surrounded by nature, with clean, modern rooms and easy access to spacious outdoor areas. Reliable WiFi throughout the property ensures you stay connected while unwinding in a peaceful, retreat-style environment.
Pali Retreat provides flexible meeting and event spaces with capacities of up to 850 guests, including meeting spaces and theatre-style setups for as many as 600. All accommodations are located steps away from these event areas, making transitions seamless for conferences, workshops, and corporate gatherings. On-site parking is available and the entire property maintains a smoke-free policy to ensure a clean and healthy atmosphere throughout your stay.

SOME OF OUR ACTIVITIES
Archery & Tomahawk Throwing
Archery is one of our popular camp activity among both children and adults making it great for all levels of experience and ability. With hands-on instruction from Pali's Instructors, you will learn the basics of archery in no time. With five archery ranges each having 5 targets, each participant can go at their own pace.
TEAMBUILDING
As the groups complete the initiatives and games given to them by their facilitators, they can move on to more difficult challenges, some of which include a variety of low elements at either of our two low ropes courses. Closed toed shoes required.
YOGA
Our fantastic, certified yoga instructors tailor this experience to your group’s ability and interest. We can accommodate larger groups, if participants bring their own gear. Customized sessions generally last from one to two hours. This guided activity can be done at any time of the day or evening, in any of our beautiful indoor or outdoor spaces.
High Ropes Course
Five state-of-the-art High Ropes Courses are available for Pali guests to conquer. Our courses offer a variety of elements each with a different level of challenge. This is to ensure that we can accommodate those of all levels of skill and comfort. Our belay-certified instructors encourage participants to challenge themselves while safely tackling a variety of challenges. Closed toed shoes required.

At Pali Retreat pricing is fully customizable based on your groups needs & availability. Expert planning assistance, food, lodging, a/v equipment, and even premium activities.
